  • 1. How do I check availability of the rental rooms?

    Please complete the online booking form provided on this website and our administrator will contact you within five (5) business days to discuss your request.


    2. What are the rental rates?

    3. Are there any restrictions on the types of events or activities allowed in these
    spaces?

    Our facility is drug free, alcohol free, scent free, nut free and smoke free.

    4. What amenities and equipment are included with the rental?

    Depending on the space, we provide various amenities and equipment. These may
    include chairs, tables, AV equipment, and more. Please ask for details when filling in the
    online booking form.


    5. Is catering allowed, and are there restrictions on food and beverages?

    Catering is allowed, but there may be some restrictions. Please discuss your catering
    needs with our facilities administrator.


    6. Is parking available for guests, and is it included in the rental fee?

    We offer parking facilities for guests with no charge.

    7. What is the cancellation policy for rentals?

    If the Permit Holder provides less than two (2) weeks’ notice of cancellation, but more
    than 48 hours before the scheduled event, a fee of 50% of the booking fee will be
    charged. If less than 48 hours’ notice is given, the full booking fee will be charged.


    8. Do I need insurance for my event, and if so, what are the requirements?

    Depending on the nature of your event, you may need to provide insurance coverage.
    Our facilities administrator can provide details about insurance requirements.


    9. Are there any additional fees or charges I should be aware of when renting those
    spaces?

    There may be additional fees for services like onsite custodial, cleanup or equipment
    rental. Please refer to the schedule fees
    (here) or request for more details when
    completing the online form.


    10. How far in advance should I book an event?


    It is recommended to book your desired space well in advance to secure the date and
    time you want.

General Rental Information

  • All rentals are subject to a setup and custodial/cleanup services, which includes 30-minute prior to event, the event’s duration and 60-minutes following event.

  • Rental fees are subject to an annual review, with updated rates for the upcoming year.

  • Prospective renters are encouraged to inquire about availability at any time.

  • Existing renters have priority access for rental renewal for the following year.

  • Any remaining availability for the new year becomes open to the public for booking on January 15th of each year, on a first-come, first-served basis.

  • Long-term rentals typically renew as of the 1st of each calendar year.
